Dispatch
Orders placed before 2 PM IST on a business day are typically dispatched within 24–48 hours. Made-to-order and bridal pieces may require 5–10 business days.
Delivery timelines (indicative)
- Metro cities: 2–4 business days
- Tier-2/3 cities: 4–7 business days
- Remote pincodes: 7–10 business days
Charges
- Standard shipping is complimentary on orders above ₹999 (prepaid).
- Cash on Delivery, where available, may carry a nominal handling fee shown at checkout.
Tracking
You will receive an AWB and tracking link via email and WhatsApp once your order is handed to our courier partner.
International shipping
International orders are handled case-by-case. Please contact us before placing an international order — duties and taxes are borne by the recipient.
Undelivered / RTO
If a shipment is returned to origin due to incorrect address or repeated non-availability, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Re-shipment charges may apply for COD orders.
