1. Products
PHAROZA sells premium imitation jewellery. Colours may appear slightly different across devices. Weights and dimensions are indicative and hand-finished pieces may vary marginally.
2. Pricing & payment
All prices are in INR and inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. We accept UPI, cards, netbanking and Cash on Delivery where available. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment or COD verification.
3. Orders
We reserve the right to cancel any order in cases of stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud or delivery to restricted areas. Refunds for cancelled orders are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.
4. Accounts
You are responsible for your account credentials. Notify us immediately of unauthorised access. We may suspend accounts violating these Terms.
5. Affiliate & loyalty programs
Referral commissions, ambassador rewards and loyalty points are subject to program rules published on the respective pages. Fraudulent activity results in forfeiture and account termination.
6. Intellectual property
All content, designs, logos and photography on PHAROZA belong to Pharoza Jewels or its licensors. You may not reproduce or resell without written permission.
7. Prohibited use
- Scraping, reverse-engineering or automated abuse of the platform.
- Uploading illegal, defamatory, or copyright-infringing content.
- Interfering with security or availability of the site.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PHAROZA's liability for any claim is limited to the value of the order giving rise to the claim.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ernakulam, Kerala.
